SprkCharger Warranty Policy

SprkCharger takes pride in providing high quality design and production of innovative products with attention to detail and quality of materials. We back this up with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase for all SprkCharger products. This warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear, and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

To obtain service under this Warranty, please contact info@sprkcharger.com with the following information to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution:

  • Proof of purchase including order number from on line purchase or sales invoice (we cannot offer warranty to products without valid proof of purchase)
  • Clear explanation of the use conditions and issue with the purchased product
  • Photo(s) /Video of the faulty product showing full product ID and condition of the product

Please note, to receive a replacement, you may be asked to send the faulty product to SprkCharger. Full warranty terms & conditions can be found below.

Not Covered Under Warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to drops, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Unauthorized repairs including through 3rd parties
  • Lost or stolen product and other non-quality-related issues
  • Purchases from unauthorized sources

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe, or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer

DETAILED LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

This manufacturer’s warranty is not intended to change or limit your right under the laws of the country in which you purchased SprkCharger product. Any applicable limited warranty is available to the original retail purchaser only. SprkCharger warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of twelve months from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). If a material or workmanship defect arises to a SprkCharger product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option: (i) repair or replace the SprkCharger product with a new or refurbished SprkCharger product; or (ii) refund the purchase price of the defective SprkCharger product according to the usage time of the device. Warranties on replacement product will cover the longer of the remaining warranty of the original defective product or three months. To receive a replacement, you may be asked to send the faulty product to SprkCharger. For the purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, SprkCharger expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and you specifically agree that SprkCharger shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any SprkCharger product. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear or failure to follow the product instructions (e.g. dropping the product etc.). In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or data (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices) or personal property inside or outside of the SprkCharger product.
